  • Step 2: Complete one application for each person 18 or over.
  • Step 3: Provide copy of driver license for each person 18 year or over.
  • Step 4: Provide proof of income, and any other means of verification of information by faxing it to 888-821-9559 or emailing it to info@stardustprop.com.

Our Rental Criteria and Qualifications

  • Income Requirements:- Gross income (including co-applicant) shall be A MINIMUM of three (3) times the rent amount. If amount exceeds these ratios a co-signer may be permitted. If you are self-employed, a copy of your past tax return or 1099 will be required. For people on retirement or government assisted programs, please submit proof of such income.
  • Employment:- Twelve (12) months of current employment or six (6) months in a similar job. Self-employed persons will need to show proof of income (tax returns, etc.).
  • Rental History:- Twelve (12) months of verifiable rental history or home ownership. NO evictions. NO outstanding money owed to a landlord or property manager or breaking of a lease. Proper notice given to current or previous landlords.
  • Rental Application:- Each applicant, without omissions or falsifications, must complete a rental application.
  • Credit Check:- We will do the credit check for each appliant 18 and over.
  • Criminal history Check:- We will do the criminal history check for each appliant 18 and over.
